Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery from My Account → My Orders.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How It Works

  1. Submit a return request from your order details page, including a reason and optional photos.
  2. Our team reviews and approves the request.
  3. The item is picked up or you ship it back as instructed.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund is initiated.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit, where applicable) and typically reflect within 5-7 business days of approval.
