Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order from My Account → My Orders as long as it is still Pending Payment, Confirmed, or Processing. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you may request a return after delivery instead.

Cancellation Window

Orders are generally eligible for cancellation for up to 24 hours after being placed, or until they are packed for shipment, whichever comes first.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order was paid online and is cancelled before shipping, a full refund is automatically initiated to your original payment method and typically reflects within 5-7 business days.
